With a total of RMB11.8 billion invested in the CBD, the combined floorage in the district has reached 2.3 million sq.m., among which more than 300,000 sq.m. are used for office building, 580,000 sq.m. are used for commerce, 460,000 sq.m. for hotel-type apartment, 220,000 sq.m. for high-grade hotels, and 800,000 sq.m. for other function. There are 13 large project units and 16 buildings located here, jointly forming a modern and prosperous business center.

  The exhibition hall is located within the C zone of the riverside scenic belt. The investment in the exhibition hall totals RMB50 million. Covering an area of 10,716 sq.m., the exhibition hall is an environmentally-friendly four-storeyed building with a two-storeyed mainbody, floorage totaling 14,982 sq.m.. The main exhibition hall is equipped with advanced facilities, taking on a modern look. The surrounding environment is beautiful and agreeable, with plants, seedling trees, miniature garden, grotesque stones, etc.

  目前展馆正在进行主体建设,今年九月建成并投入运营。展馆优越的地理位置,独特的环境优势,使未来的经济效益可观,预期年回报率高达20%。

  The mainbody of the exhibition hall is under construction and is expected to commence operation in September 2005. With the superior location and unique environmental advantage, the exhibition hall is expected to bring an annual 20% yield.

  建邺老年康复中心位于应天大街以南、石家庄路以北、燕山路以东地块,是建邺区医疗中心的一部分,该中心包括一个二级甲等区级综合医院、妇幼保健所、卫生监督所、疾控中心等六个部分。其中的老年康复中心建筑面积为1.36万m2,2006年6月建成交付,总投资约4750万元。目前工程部分的桩基已经完成,5月份开始实施基础建设,预计8月即可出±0,2005年底主体将可封顶。

  Jianye Senior Citizen Rehabilitation Center is located to the south of Yingtian Avenue, the north of Shijiazhuang Road and the east of Yanshan Road, being a part of the Jianye District Medical Center which is composed of six parts including one Class II Grade A district-level comprehensive hospital, mother and child health care station, public health inspection station, disease control center. Jianye Senior Citizen Rehabilitation Center, with a total floorage of 13,600 sq.m., is expected to be completed and brought into use in June 2006. The total investment in the rehabilitation center will reach RMB47.5 million. The pile foundation for the rehabilitation center has so far been completed and the civil work will be started in May 2005, and the center is expected to be topped out by the end of 2005.

  康复中心包括2幢楼,主体建筑分别为5层和6层(局部7层),每层均有回廊连接。其中一幢主要用于接待、娱乐休闲、自助床位;另一幢设有198张护理床位,全部为标准双床/间,有卫生间和洗浴设施。康复中心内智能化系统设计完善,电话、宽带、有线电视、紧急呼叫等设施配备到床。

  Jianye Senior Citizen Rehabilitation Center is composed of two buildings of five storeys and six storeys respectively (with a part of seven storeys) with circular corridors connecting each storey of the two buildings. One building mainly serves the functions of reception, relaxation, self-help nursing bed; the other building houses 198 nursing beds that are all set in standard unit of two beds with toilets and bath facilities. The rehabilitation center is equipped with a complete and perfect intellectualized system: telephone, broadband access, cable TV, and emergency call bell system are installed for each nursing bed.

  康复中心的后勤、安全等辅助功能将归入区医疗中心进行统一管理。康复中心的定位为非福利性,将主要面向全市中高收入家庭的老人,充分满足他们日常体检、理疗、文体娱乐及交流的需要,并可进行日常活动或用于中、短期居住。康复中心将采用会所、宾馆式的管理和服务,为老人提供最优质的服务,带给他们最舒适的享受。

  The logistics, safeguarding and other services of the rehabilitation center will be under uniform management of the Jianye District Medical Center. Aimed at profitability, the rehabilitation will take the elderly of those high and middle-income families as its target customers, and satisfy their demand for daily physical examination, physical therapy, relaxation and communication. The rehabilitation center will also be used for daily activities and long and medium-term residence. The rehabilitation center will adopt the management method of hotel, providing quality service for the elderly.

  奥体新城社区中心位于南京市建邺区兴隆大街以北、华山路以西的交汇处,与奥体新城相毗邻,项目占地21亩,总建筑面积31200平方米,其中1-4层为裙楼,采用大开间全框架结构,建筑面积8000平方米,充满现代气息,可用于文化、商贸、餐饮、娱乐、休闲等。5-11层为主楼,采用对开式框架结构,建筑面积1万余平方米,适合进行研发、办公等经营活动,重点发展楼宇经济。该项目已建成封顶,即将交付使用。

  The Community Center of Olympic Athletics New City is located to the north of Xinglong Avenue in Jianye district and the west of Huashan Road, abutting upon the Nanjing Olympic Athletics New City. The project covers 14,007 sq.m. and has a total floorage of 31,200 sq.m.. The lowest four storeys are podium building, adopting the large bay width and perfect frame with a total floorage of 8,000 sq.m.. The podium building serves functions of culture, commerce, food and beverage, relaxation and leisure. The mainbody of the building, namely the 5th-11th storeys, adopts the type of opening out and perfect frame, with a total floorage of 10,000 sq.m.. The mainbody of the building will be used for business, research and development. The building has so far been topped out and will soon be brought into use.

  Nanyuan Community Center is located at the site where the Nanhu Road joins Yingtian Avenue, covering about 20,000 sq.m.. The center is composed of the mainbody and the podium building, with a combined floorage of 44,127 sq.m.. The center houses an underground parking lot which can contain 180 vehicles. Nanjing Community Center has been topped out and started inner decoration which is expected to be fully completed with all facilities and equipment installed in July 2005.
