　　南京新城科技园首期规划面积4平方公里，以信息技术产业和知识型服务产业为主导产业，重点发展总部基地、研发中心和高科技产品生产基地。科技园由国际知名企业——美国IDC工业设计工程公司和日本MAO一级建筑士事务所设计制作。在强调以人为本的基础上，突出“都市工业、楼宇工业、观光工业、服务式园区”四大特色，整个园区划分为研发创业区、加工制造区、商贸服务区、食品生产区、生活配套区五大区域，以实现研发创新、孵化创业、转化辐射、人才培训、信息管理、商贸物流、观光旅游、生活服务等八大功能。

　　With initially planned area of 4 sq.km., Nanjing Xincheng Technology Park takes information technology industry and knowledge service industry as the leading industries, and highlights the development of headquarters development base, R&D center and high technology production center. The technology park is designed and built by the international renowned enterprises – IDC and MAO.
